The Artist hereby declares to have read and understood and therefore to accept the terms and conditions of the Competition and the Competition Regulations, in particular Article 7, para 1 of the Regulations stating that the Rotary Club of Asolo & Pedemontana del Grappa is expressly shall not be held liable for any theft, damage or destruction of the work entered into the competition, for whatever cause and whenever said theft, damage or destruction takes place, including during the exhibition, set up or tear down of the exhibition, storage and transport.

By entering the Competition Artist hereby cedes to the Rotary Club of Asolo & Pedemontana del Grappa all rights for use of Artist’s work and any texts accompanying the work, free of charge, for the reproduction, display, publication, translation and communication to the public, via any means and without exception.

The Rotary Club of Asolo & Pedemontana del Grappa reserves the right to make any and all decisions on any aspects not specified here above or in the Competition Regulations.
